Terms of Service

These terms exist to make sure we're on the same page before we work together — not to create hoops to jump through. I've written them plainly so you know exactly what to expect from me, and what I'll need from you to do my best work.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website or engaging 507_MAVERICK for services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or proceed with a project.
2. Services
507_MAVERICK provides brand identity, art direction, digital design, and creative consulting services. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for each project are agreed in writing before work begins, either through a proposal, contract, or email confirmation.
3. Payment
A deposit is required before any project commences. The deposit amount and payment schedule will be outlined in your project proposal. Final deliverables are released only upon receipt of final payment. Late payments may result in work being paused until the outstanding balance is cleared.
4. Revisions
Each project includes a set number of revision rounds as specified in your proposal. Revisions beyond the agreed scope will be quoted and billed separately. Revision requests must be submitted in writing within the timeframe specified in your project timeline.
5. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate briefs, timely feedback, and any assets or content required for the project. Delays caused by late client feedback may result in adjusted timelines. 507_MAVERICK cannot be held responsible for project delays caused by the client.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of final payment, you own the final deliverables created specifically for your project. 507_MAVERICK retains the right to display the work in its portfolio, case studies, and social media unless otherwise agreed in writing. All preliminary concepts, unused designs, and working files remain the property of 507_MAVERICK unless explicitly included in the project scope.
7. Confidentiality
507_MAVERICK will not share confidential information about your project or business with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
8. Cancellations
If you cancel a project after work has commenced, the deposit is non-refundable. Any work completed up to the point of cancellation will be billed at the agreed rate. If 507_MAVERICK cancels a project, any fees paid beyond the work completed will be refunded.
9. Limitation of Liability
507_MAVERICK will always strive to deliver high-quality work. However, we are not liable for indirect losses, loss of revenue, or damages arising from the use of our deliverables beyond the agreed project scope. Our total liability in any circumstance is limited to the fees paid for the specific project in question.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which 507_MAVERICK operates. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent version. Continued use of this website or our services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
